Summary of results obtained during some of the largest SEP events from different experiments for radiation measurements with silicon detectors onboard Mir and ISS during 22nd, 23rd and 24th solar cycles. The analytical fits of the total event spectra and peak event spectra for the energy channels of the SEPEM proton reference dataset and reference event list (http://dev.sepem.oma.be/) for these SEP events are shown in Columns 5 and 6.
