2020 Journal Impact Factors: Another increase for JSWSC

The Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate is pleased to share the good news that the Journal Citation Reports™, released recently by Clarivate, show its 2020 Journal Impact Factor™ has increased from 3.095 to 3.584. The journal is ranked in three categories: Astronomy & Astrophysics (27/68, Q2), Geochemistry & Geophysics (30/88, Q2) and Meteorology & Atmospheric Sciences (37/94, Q2). In addition, its current CiteScore is 4.9.

JSWSC recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and this is a fitting endorsement of a decade of achievement which recently saw JSWSC awarded the DOAJ Seal for “best practice in open access publishing”. The editorial team is led by Anna Belehaki and Jean Lilensten.

The journal’s increased impact factor contributes to an unprecedented year in which all eligible EDP Sciences journals indexed in Web of Science™ have received an increased impact factor. Congratulations and thanks to all involved.
