Topical Issue «Ionospheric plasma irregularities and their impact on radio systems», deadline 31 October 2022
The Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate (JSWSC) opens a Topical Issue «Ionospheric plasma irregularities and their impact on radio systems», deadline 31 October 2022.
Upon unanimous agreement between all affected regular and topical editors of the two Topical Issues «Towards better understanding of the ionospheric plasma irregularities and scintillation» and «Tackling ionospheric interactions and their impact on radio systems at the dawn of Solar Cycle 25» these two Topical Issues will be combined into a single new Topical Issue «Ionospheric plasma irregularities and their impact on radio systems» with deadline 31 October 2022. The descriptions of both former Topical Issues remain valid for the new Topical Issue and will continue to be visible on the JSWSC website. The Editor teams will be merged. Authors are requested to submit any manuscript whose content would fit one of the former Topical Issues now to the new Topical Issue. If desired they may specify Chao Xiong or Luca Spogli as preferred editor. The former two Topical Issues will be closed for submission and only the newly formed Topical Issue will remain open.
