Difference between the collection of dictionary coefficients pooled from the different Mount Wilson classes as measured by the Hellinger distance. Intraclass distances are reported in the form of mean ± standard deviation and are calculated by randomly splitting the data and then calculating the distance over 100 trials. The size of the dictionaries is r = 6 and 8 for SVD and NMF, respectively. The βγδ group is most dissimilar to the others.
