Variation of the horizontal magnetic field and the declination as observed from Bjørnøya on August 23, 2013. Most of the day was moderately disturbed with a typical substorm event occurring one hour before magnetic midnight. In 2013, magnetic midnight at Bjørnøya was 21.13 UT.
