Neutral density observed with Swarm-C accelerometer and calculated using GPS (van den Ijssel et al., 2020; Iorfida et al., 2023) are shown for the Rome location with UT time between 8 and 7 UT. The margins (longitude and latitude from the Rome ionosonde), which were used to extract ρ observations from Swarm passes corresponding to that location, were between 40.23°N to 43.23°N and 4.83°E to 27.75°E.
